Session Types

Body Tone

Resistance training has never been more enjoyable when your gym is outside in the fresh air! BodyTone doesn’t just transform your muscular strength and shape! It also improves your joint structure, posture and bone density! You’ll come away feeling great!

HIIT/MetCon

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training and involves short bouts of high energy activity followed by short rest or recovery periods. MetCon stands for metabolic conditioning and focuses on a mix of strength, bodyweight and cardio-based movements lasting anywhere from 6-20 minutes with minimal rest. Both of these training styles are fun and invigorating while also being really effective for turning your body into a fat burning machine!

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga offers a variety of postures in an artistic and flowing style. The ultimate way to gain grounding, focus on breathing, and relieve stress as you stretch and meditate your way to wellness.

Enduro

Combine a couple of training components, like endurance and power, add a little fun, challenge and determination, and you have the Enduro. Suitable for all fitness levels, you will work a variety of energy systems as you conquer the challenges we set! If you’re after variety and spice this is the one for you!

Combat

A high energy box fit workout, suitable for everyone, using focus and kick pads to throw combinations, on top of reps, leaving you feeling like a real warrior!

Events

Have you ever wanted to complete a triathlon, or fun run? Maybe tick off a classic tramp or bike trail. Have you ever wanted to climb a mountain? With Event, we train, build up and tackle all kinds of adventures. Nothing is too big or too small!

I have been working out with Mark and the Team since October 2016. Many have been with him for much longer. I just want to say how pleased I am to be this fit at 69.
